Where does Shrubstock get their plants?

We grow a selection of perennials ourselves and partner with local wholesale nurseries to provide a wide selection of high quality landscape plants.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Yes, absolutely! If you are considering a large order, please reach out. We can offer special pricing depending on the quantity of plants you plan to purchase.
What is a #1 Pot, #3 Pot, etc?

These are industry standard pot sizes for nursery plants. They mean a 1-gallon or 3-gallon pot size however, they wont actually hold a gallon of water....it's a bit strange but if you reference the image below you'll get an idea of their sizes. Generally speaking, the larger the pot size, the more mature the plant.
Will my new plants do well in my landscape?

We only sell plants that are proven to do well in our MN climate but proper care is still required. See our Plant Care Page for more information on caring for your new plants. If you are having trouble, please reach out to us so we can see how best to help.
Does Shrubstock sell house/indoor plants?

At the moment we do not sell house plants but that is something we may be looking in to for the future.
Where do you deliver/ship?

We only service the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding suburbs. Delivering/shipping further than that is part of our long term plans but for the moment we are keeping things local.
Do you offer landscape design?

Yes! We have over a decade of landscape design and installation experience and can help you design a full landscape for your home, a simple garden, or just provide an on-site consultation. Your design/consultation will result in a scaled drawing as well as a prefilled, discounted plant order! See our Design and Consultation Page for more information!
