DELIVERY/SHIPPING INFORMATION

All our plants are hand selected and delivered by us direct to you. Delivery times vary but we typically have your plants delivered within 2-4 days from receiving your order.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

We guarantee your plants will arrive to you in good condition, free of disease, pests, or other negative attributes.

Beyond that, Shrubstock offers a one year guarantee on all plants.

Our guarantee does not cover loss due to factors beyond our control such as improper care, weather, aesthetic dissatisfaction, and animal damage.

If you have an issue with your plant, please reach out and send a photo and description of the problem ASAP. If a replacement plant is warranted, we will offer a one-time replacement of the same plant type.

Shipping/delivery fees are not available to refund.
